Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 July 2026
Global Africa Prosperity Initiative (“GAPI”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, organisation, area of interest, message, and confirmation that you accept this policy. If you register interest in GAPI updates, we receive your email address and the context of that request.
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We may use privacy-focused, aggregate web analytics that do not create advertising profiles.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and discuss requested services or partnerships.
- To send updates you have specifically requested and manage your preferences.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To meet legal, regulatory, or record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioural advertising.
Service providers and international processing
Contact-form submissions are routed by FormSubmit and delivered to GAPI by email. FormSubmit states that submission archives are retained for 30 days. Our website host, email provider, and other carefully selected service providers may process information in countries outside Kenya. We limit access to what each provider needs to perform its service.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond, manage an ongoing relationship, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information held by GAPI, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may unsubscribe from email updates at any time. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate record-keeping.
Third-party links
This site may link to external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and GAPI is not responsible for their content or handling of information.
